Here's this weeks question:
If you had a time machine (i.e. a TARDIS), where would you go?
Hmm this is a hard one. The idea that I could easily screw something up by going into the past and vice versa for the future scares me. I recently read 'Gimme a Call' by Sarah Mlynowski which dealt with time travel in a loose context, and while the idea sounds promising, I feel like I learnt a lot from that book haha. I guess though maybe I would just go a few days into the future just to be on the safe side. Maybe find out what assignments I would be getting that week, so I could get a head start on them. Or maybe see if I'm going to have a bad day at work and take the day off that day. No way I could mess the world up too bad by doing that, is there??

DeleteHopping through. Really...I didn't know that dealt with time travel. I'm more intrigued now.

Thanks for hopping by :) It was a pretty good book, not time travel in the strictest sense, but it was about being able to talk to your past self in order to change your future.
DeleteNew Follower. :) I'd love to travel to the Victorian Era and be allowed to wear fancy ball gowns. ^_^

Omg, I love Victorian gowns. I must admit I'm a sucker for a beautiful dress, especially on the cover of a book as well :)

DeleteI'm always thinking that if one small thing hadn't happened my life would be very different right now. So, I think you're really brave travelling just a few days in time. Ha!

DeleteI actually, stupidly, hadn't thought of the future but if you were to go a thousand years ahead there's no chance even someone as clumsy as me could do damage! I'm a new GFC follower! Thanks for sharing :) Hope you have a great weekend!

Yeah, traveling into the future could definitely have it's advantages :)
DeleteThanks for following!
Yes, I think that's always the worry with time travel (to the past) because who knows what little thing might set off a ripple effect for centuries to come? Despite that, I still chose to travel back into the past.

It indeed seems to be one of the misfortunes associated with time traveling in almost all the movies/books about it.
DeleteThanks for stopping by and following :)
I don't want to go to the future. I want to be surprised of what's going ahead. Going back in time is a different story though.

I know what you mean about being surprised, traveling ahead does take some of the mystery out of it. Thanks for stopping by :)
DeleteDon't see any harm in that. The lottery numbers would be good to check out as well. New GFC follower.
ReplyDeleteMy FF
Haha didn't even think of checking the lottery numbers, that would definitely come in handy although it does seem somewhat unethical lol
